Yes we had delay's due to shortages of Trades, but still the supervisor managed to either keep us informed or keep things moving even if they were slow at times. Now that we have moved in he is still ringing and seeing how everything is and helping out where he can. The build quality was good for a volume builder and anytime there was an issue the supervisor had it sorted out promptly. From start to finish we were overall happy with going with Clarendon and would definitely recommend them.

We had an awesome Site Supervisor who we thought managed our build quite well considering he had a number of houses he was managing at the same time. Is all about providing the perfect communication to her clients, she made the process during pre-construction easy and understanding. Absolutely love her work, thank you for providing the perfect customer service experience.

Overall we are really disappointed with Clarendon. It has been extremely stressful and their communication has been appalling. There have not been sufficient explanations for the delays and we have not been notified of a handover date. There have been no payments for late completion damages. Building for the first time with Clarendon in Brisbane QLD. Slab was poured in October 2021, delays at every stage of the build with minimal communication from Clarendon.
