They refused to take ownership or pay for the costs of reinstatement - despite the pegs being removed during the build process whilst they had the site under their control and were carrying out work. Costs of reinstatement are between $1,200 plus GST up to $2,800 plus - depending on what needs to be done. We have just completed handover with Clarendon after building a Boston. The end result is stunning and we are very happy with the care, quality and oversight of our site manager who kept us informed every step of the way. Yes we had delay's due to shortages of Trades, but still the supervisor managed to either keep us informed or keep things moving even if they were slow at times.
